I have used nair products for years and up until the last year I haven’t had any issues. I just used it and washed my hands 3 times immediately after applying it to my legs to ensure I got it all off of my hands. Not only did it leave painful burns on my fingers but it didn’t remove the hair on my legs. Which was not even that bad of leg hair growth on them. And I left it on my legs for 10 minutes. I’m not sure what I should do as far as letting the company know. I failed to take any photos of my legs as I was frustrated and I wanted to get my legs hairless right away.

Strip free wax burnt my face

Nair - Strip free wax burnt my face
Nair - Strip free wax burnt my face - Image 2

After following instructions on the pamphlet, we stirred the hot wax with the wooden stick, at this point spun the wax around the stick so it oils reach my upper lip, instead it poured off the stick and covered my right eye and cheek! I was unable to open my eye for over 40 minutes.

The burning sensation was almost unbearable and I was screaming uncontrollably. Each time I had to slowly pull the wax off my eye lashes, which I’ve lost majority off, and carefully pull the wax off my cheek that burned and burned, it’s now left me with burn marks over one side of my face!

Don’t blame the product for your ineptitude.

This is terrible but honestly you lifting a stick with a load of burning wax high enough so as to be ABOVE YOUR EYR AND CHEEK is not their problem. You did this 5o yourself and this will be filed under user error.

Used this as directed and followed every step. Tested it on a small spot amd had no reaction so moved forward with the application. After 10 minutes a wiped my legs off only to see welts and blisters all over as well as some bleeding in spots. This is unacceptable. By far the worse product I have ever used.

Used Nair on arms. Left on prescribed time. Red painful spots almost immediately after removing. Used common sense first aid. Blistering started next day. Went to urgent care. Told to use Neosporin. Next day went to Kaiser nurse. Am now on prescription Cephalexin 4x/day for seven days. Small improvement after 4 days on meds. WHY IS THIS PRODUCT STILL ON THE MARKET? SHOULD EE FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

Nair - Body Wax Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I used Nair waxing strips for a bikini wax - I've had waxes for years and never had any issues. I only used two strips and a few hours later my bikini area looks as though someone ran over it with a truck. badly bruised. So angry. *** company. Let me guess, a man invented it.

It burned half of my face

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
today i used the nair on my cheeks because i hate the hair. I used the facial one. I left the nair on my face for 7 minuted, like you're suppose to. when i took it off with warm water, it felt like it was burning but i didn't really think anything of it. but when i looked in the mirror the whole right side of my cheek is burned and the left side has a little burn mark on my cheekbone. It was burning for a while. I put a cold rag on my face to make the burning go away but that didn't work. i saw something on google saying to use cortisone cream for the redness go away and use aquaphor. I put a little kf cortisone cream on and it burned even more and i quickly took it off. but now that i left it alone it feels fine but it has an irritation to it. even touching it hurts and burns. Ive talked to many people about nair and they all said that it burned them as well. Why hasnt this comany been sued ? All the reviews i see about nair, everyone says it burns them leabing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree burns. And i guess can lead to skin cancer. Stores need to stop selling this product because it burns me and including everyone else that uses it. This is not okay. *if youre reading this before putting nair on your face, DO NOT DO IT! i mean it. yes the hair comes off but it burns you, and it takes a whole week for it to start healing*

The label CLEARLY states not to use it on your face.

Are you illiterate? She specifically said she used the facial hair removal Nair product....meant for the face.

So CLEARLY you are an idiot lol. It's the first thing she stated.

Guest

They haven’t been sued because it says on all the information on the bottle and in boxes to do a test are first to see how your skin will react to it. This one is on you darlin’.
